Sharing this treasure from Dr. Sue Morter...
Do you ever wonder how to allow a greater sense of sacredness into your daily life?
Allowing is key, because all of who we are, including what we feel, is already sacred.
As we allow and embody this truth, we change the vibration of consciousness. Because as you allow the cosmic energy you are to drop-in, rise and reveal more of you, the love you are lands here in this dimension.
How do you recognize what the vibration of sacred feels like in daily life? My invitation for you is to drop-in now and allow the vibrational experience of this moment to be tender. Allow it to reveal your own tenderness.
If there is doubt, fear, angst, or sadness, soften and allow a tenderness. Those vibrations, ones we perhaps label as bad or wrong, are actually a contraction that is the Soulful Self attempting to more fully land here.
We’re here to train the mind to support the embodiment of our true magnificence. As you allow a tenderness to be available, the mind opens and more of the Soulful Self can land.
When it does, the entire bandwidth of humanity, the animals and earth, is impacted because you allow more of this deeper love that you are to drop-in, rise, and reveal.
We start to allow the sacred in daily life as we embrace all feelings with tenderness, as you would a new-born. As you do, aspects of you unify, similar to bits of mercury from a broken thermometer merging back together.
There is nothing that you are not.
As we consciously remember this state of wholeness by embracing every vibration that runs through our personal system, we no longer feel a need to protect ourselves and a byproduct is that our vibration rises.
Instead of deciding a vibration is good or bad, be present with it and embrace what rises and you become a unifying presence.
When the consciousness of your mind lands on what you feel, and you accept and embrace the feeling, love is there. And in a loving embrace, everything is transmuted.
When we deflect, rather than embrace and love specific vibrational frequencies, thoughts or emotions, we generate duality. As you embrace all, you unify and the solution reveals. You're here to embrace the mystical and the sacred and merge them into the practical aspects of daily life.

We are curious creatures. Here I sit in first class on an airplane (bumped up no less) and I’m having to redirect my mind to be grateful for all the wonderful parts of flying first class rather than focus on the negatives that are also present - those that I struggle to NOT list here in order to justify or explain. Why the comparison? Why the focus on the unwanted? What benefit is there, perceived or imagined, hoped or intended? Why are we so often discontented? Just like in the parable about the field hand hired early in the day receiving the same payment from the farmer as the last hired hand who worked less. Why are we so easily unsatisfied by what we didn’t get or didn’t happen, when just earlier we were perfectly happy with the same. The first field hand hired was happy with the wage offered UNTIL he knew that someone else that worked less got the same. Nothing about his effort expended changed, only the awareness that someone else got a “better deal”.
Comparison. It’s a dualistic world we live in. So comparison seems almost inevitable. We know what we have by what we don’t have. Or might it serve as a mechanism for striving or longing, that keeps us moving forward - not fully content equals not stationary. If we were too content, might we sit in boredom or worse, fall into a depression due to lack of motivation. Because that state doesn’t sound like contentment, I doubt it would be a long term tool for our evolution. We are constantly in an expansion contraction cycle, with many different experiences a necessary part of our growth experience. The sooner we recognize an unhelpful focus (comparison, on what is unwanted etc.) the sooner we can get to a more peaceful state - still holding the growth opportunity as presented, leaving more room/time for expansion in this life time.
So no need to berate myself as it’s part of the journey. I noticed when it was happening and shifted my focus. Awareness sooner shortens the time spent unhappy. Allowing this to be the learning opportunity it is, and getting back to happy with what is as soon as I could - it’s the game of life. Moving through experiences and enjoying the journey, including the sticky and challenging parts, is ultimately what is going on here. This is where growth occurs! I have to remind myself of this rather than feel discouraged or worse, hopeless in a tough situation. But I have been practicing and it is getting much easier and I spend much less time ruminating about unwanted things. I am beginning to love this journey more and more!

I stumbled upon a Youtube video about clutter as a symptom of past trauma. This is not, mind you, when I first understood why I am both an organizer and declutter assistant as well as an energy codes coach (somewhat seemingly different offerings or businesses). This is combination is actually more common than I though, as they are very closely related. But she caught my attention with the focus on trauma. I certainly understood that hoarding is often related to a deep wound or a void that can never be filled. But even clutter?
Yes. The kind of clutter that seems to remain, or return, despite your best efforts. Sometimes we just get off track and things pile up. Especially if we have had a big event in our life, like an illness or injury or a major loss. But much of the time, keeping too much stuff around too much of the time, can indicate that some deeper inquiry would be healthy and worthwhile.
There are many healthy ways to go about dealing with old hurts, wounds and subconscious beliefs. I offer one, and a good one too, through Dr. Sue Morter's work around the energy of those. And you don't have to figure out where the trauma stems from to clear it. We work with sensations in the body and the breath to move and clear stuck energies. When you shift a belief, conscious or subconscious, that you have held for a long time, maybe even decades, you may just find you are suddenly ready and willing to clean out that closets of old clothes, or recycle those broken items you were meaning to fix before selling, or tackling a pile (or boxes) of un-filed papers or photographs. Maybe even an entire garage or storage unit!
Looking around your home, are there areas that you have a hard time keeping organized? Do you have a hard time finding what you need when you need it? Do you hold onto things "just in case"? Contact me if you'd like to explore how I can help you clear the energy/clutter. Let's get your emotional AND physical spaces to a more calm and peaceful state. It might just be the shift you need to unlock the door to that new job, relationship or lifestyle you have been longing for.

Nettle Pesto Recipe -
Thanks Dr. Jennifer @ Reboot Center - Whidbey Island 😋
Makes a large batch:
1. Boil nettles for 2 minutes, strain, then place in a large bowl of water with ice and “cold shock” the leaves (this helps them keep the vibrant green color). Press the excess water out.
2. Add the nettles to a food processor along with the parmesan/nutritional yeast, garlic cloves, salt, and nuts/seeds. Process on high, slowly adding in the olive oil until the desired consistency is reached.
Healing our hearts, minds AND our bodies. It really is a package deal. If our minds are troubled, scattered or stressed, it creates fight or flight hormones to circulate. If we are sad for long periods where we then don't move our bodies enough, or we are scared and holding ourselves unnaturally, like with a tight neck or shoulders, clenching our jaw etc., thus causing fatigue, stiffness and even possible injury, they are linked. We are best served by using a variety of healing modalities to bring ourselves back into balance. Our Whole self. Mind body and spirit.
With so many options for online, live or recorded, events, it can be hard to know which are worth while, or hard to fit them all in. The one I make an absolute priority in my life to attend once a month, is Dr. Sue's free monthly healing transmission, usually the last Wednesday of the month. You are required to sign up in advance to receive the zoom link, which is emailed out just 30 min. prior, but it is totally free. No obligation other than sharing your email. Don't worry, you can always unsubscribe. I share the link below for your ease and highly recommended you give it a try. Being a meditation, it is thus most beneficial if you can listen while in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. And of course, never meditate while you are driving! Dr. Sue is amazing and it is a powerful experience that I highly recommend to all my clients.
I love that we are all connected and supporting wholeness and healing by being live on zoom together - over 95 countries represented! It feels like my individual attendance DOES make a difference. I have had such powerful experiences, that like I said, I NEVER miss them. She started doing these right as the Pandemic began. It was such a light for me, at that difficult time in my life, but I think they have only gotten better and better.
I would love it if afterward, you return here to share your experience with me. Enjoy. LINK
Please join me in a book study of Dr. Sue's "The Energy Codes, The 7-step System to Awaken Your Spirit, Heal Your Body, and Live Your Best Life". Can you join live and in person on South Whidbey? Maybe there are enough folks who are interested in a zoom version? Let me know in the comments below!
I wanted to share this lovely blog post from Jean Walters. After all, light is energy!
She encourages readers to share. Thank you Jean for these helpful words!
Blog: How to Live AS the Light! By Jean Walters
Ever since Albert Einstein discovered the Unified Field, Quantum Physics has made a great leap in understanding that the basis of all life as light. Of course, the reference to light is as old as the Bible wherein Genesis states that God said, Let there be light and there was light. Therefore, the idea of light is not new and perhaps we are catching up to this concept that is as old as forever and possibly the key to life everlasting and living in joy. I will explain further…
The science of physics indicates that if you were to take a high-powered microscope and look deep within matter (any matter – a chair, desk, human body), you would find one foundational element – light. So, what does this mean to you and me? It means that we are made in the light of the Quantum Field (ie God). We are the light of God.
Another name for light is love. The great teacher, Jesus, said that if you want to know for sure that you are love, forgive your enemies. That might sound astounding simple, but if you were to contemplate the concept you would discover that since love (or light) is the ultimate infinite element, it is more sustainable, and enduring than fear, anger, animosity, resentment, hate or anger. Love endures, outlasts and outlives fear or “low energy.”
As you forgive your enemies, you are not forgiving actions. You are forgiving people. To go a bit farther, you are forgiving distraught, wounded, misguided folks. In other words, anyone with unloving intentions is grounded in trauma, fear, and woundedness and lost his sense of connection with love – the deep essence and core of every being, the underlying reality.
It is not that love has disappeared or dissolved for that is not possible as it is the elemental structure of all life. It is the essential building ingredient as expressed in Genesis. It is that folks have bought into a world of limited, material form and thereby become distracted from the innate essence of love of which they are made. And, because of that disorientation, they have confined their experience of life to a small finite body and material circumstances (a 40 hour a week job and mortgage payments). Yet, the potential is to live (radiate) in vast possibility, unlimited beauty, and potentiality.
There is so much more and now may be the time to expand your vision. The sky goes on forever and the oceans are vast. The air we breathe is limitless and so are the varieties of people and possibilities of what we can do, be, experience and become.
Get started by beginning each day with a moment of wonderment. Look at the world with the eyes of a child – amazed at the beauty and vastness all around you. Try to keep that sense of openness in every situation.
If you get stuck in a conflict (mental or physical) remember that you are made of light substance – the highest vibrational element there is. As you remind yourself of this truth you will begin to let go and feel love and lightness flow in you.
Go to your heart for a direct connection. Ask yourself, what does my heart say about this situation? As you relax, you will have your answer. Each day that you do this, you will understand more and begin to identify with who you really are. You true essence is light! You are the light!

Lifting the Veil of Duality, Your Guide to Living Without Judgement by Andreas Moritz
This book aligns so well with Dr. Sue's energy codes and teachings. It was written in 2002. I came across it as I was writing my book (not published) about duality. It is very profound, wise, but not easy to grasp. At least not yet on a daily basis for me. Just like with the teachings of Dr. Sue, sometimes I get lost in "reality" and find myself back in fear, pain, suffering etc. Until I remember to do a central channel breath, heart coherence breath or MPower Step etc. One thing I really appreciated that this author did was that at the end of his book, he offers a "Methods for Living without Judgment to be a Master of Life - Eight Lessons". A summary of sorts.
I recorded myself reading it as I like to listen to it now and then instead of reading it, like while I am doing something else (that doesn't require a lot of my mental focus). Posting the recording here for you to enjoy if you so chose!
