Lifting the Veil of Duality, Your Guide to Living Without Judgement by Andreas Moritz This book aligns so well with Dr. Sue's energy codes and teachings. It was written in 2002. I came across it as I was writing my book (not published) about duality. It is very profound, wise, but not easy to grasp. At least not yet on a daily basis for me. Just like with the teachings of Dr. Sue, sometimes I get lost in "reality" and find myself back in fear, pain, suffering etc. Until I remember to do a central channel breath, heart coherence breath or MPower Step etc. One thing I really appreciated that this author did was that at the end of his book, he offers a "Methods for Living without Judgment to be a Master of Life - Eight Lessons". A summary of sorts. I recorded myself reading it as I like to listen to it now and then instead of reading it, like while I am doing something else (that doesn't require a lot of my mental focus). Posting the recording here for you to enjoy if you so chose!

![]() I am reading a book that I am just loving: Return To You, "11 Spiritual Lessons for Unshakable Inner Peace" by Shannon Kaiser. It is one you can read slowly, giving yourself time to absorb the wisdom within. It is likely a book to be read again and again to glean new nuggets each time. She is a young gal with so much life experience already, and although she struggled quite a bit, being a student of the Course in Miracles she offers this wonderfully written story and guide for your own journey into more self love. Inside book cover: "Transcend fear and rediscover hope with this step-by-step process for intuition development and spiritual attunement." I am grateful for Tami Simon, Founder of Sounds True, for not only publishing the book, but for interviewing Shannon and grateful that I clicked on and listened to the interview. I was so drawn to what this young women had to say as to order the book right then and there. To check it out for yourself: https://www.soundstrue.com/products/return-to-you |
