I have always had the desire to help others. I want what is best for people and to see them flourish.  We all have our unique paths to journey along and I would be honored to be one step along yours.

I have studied with Dr. Sue Morter since early 2019. It has changed my life and have found a new love around sharing this work with others. I continue to attend her classes, workshops, webinars and my favorite, her monthly healing transmission (which is free to anyone - register here). 

I am also a certified Facilitator of the Energy Codes Book as well as a Remote Healer. The power of love comes through in the way I move energy through me and around me with the intentions you have for healing yourself or even a pet! This is easily done remotely, so no need to live nearby. You have the power to heal inside yourself, I simply help facilitate it. 

I live in the Pacific Northwest on an island north of Seattle. I enjoy walks, hiking, biking, camping, kayaking, friends & family and supporting my community. I am full of energy and optimism! And I am super excited to share this work with others!

Energy Codes Coaching -

Energy Codes Coaching is based on the principals and practices of Dr. Sue Morter and her book The Energy Codes©. When being coached in this program, you learn to live in a state of positivity and success in terms of what you desire in your life, versus focusing on your life problems and what is not working for you. You will learn processes that help you build the circuitry to experience yourself as the soulful self rather than the protective personality. To live from your authentic and joyful essence! 

Based on the profound wisdom of both quantum and traditional sciences, The Energy Codes© will help you navigate challenging emotions, clear subconscious beliefs, and manifest your dreams so you can live more creatively and fulfilled. The goal of this coaching is to help you create a "quantum flip" where you completely change your sense of identity and begin operating from the truer, eternal you.  Your life becomes nourished from the inside out, which improves health, relationships, gaining a greater sense of peace and trust, to awaken you to your true life's purpose.

Remote Healing -

We have energies that move in and around our bodies and some that are stagnant. Sometimes a trauma or hurt gets "stuck" inside our energetic body. Tears are one way we move energy - sometimes tears of sadness but sometimes tears of joy. We can have so much joy energy rising within us at a given moment that tears can well up. We can watch a touching scene in a movie or on the news, read a book, or even think about an event or situation, and it can move us, yes? It doesn't have to be happening in front of or even to us at that moment. I can help shift some of your "stuck" energies. I will set aside time and intend that only your highest good be done, and after getting approval from your higher self or soul, I go through some energy moving practices that help shift energies in you, even when we are not in the same room. Seems like magic, but it is actually quantum physics at work! Scroll down for more info.

Sessions -

Coaching Sessions are one hour via Zoom.
I am in the Pacific time zone. My availability is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.

​It is recommended to commit to a minimum of 6 sessions, either weekly or every other week. This is not required, but results are profound when you commit to your own health and growth over a time period through practice, consistency, and accountability and that is not accomplished in just a few sessions.  This is not therapy nor counseling. There will be homework. But fun homework! I believe you are worth it! Do you?

Remote Healing Sessions

​These sessions last about 25 minutes. We will schedule a time but will not be live on any device. I run through a sequence, tuning into your energy, always with permission, and upon completion, I will email you what came up. It's best if you can be doing something quiet during that time, but not required. Consider it like a massage or soak in the tub. Time where my soul focuses loving attention on your soul! You can even be walking or gardening.

Rates -

1 Free Remote Healing to all new coaching clients!

My coaching rate is $55 per 1 hour session

​With a commitment of at least 6 session at a time, the rate is $45/hr. when paid in advance

For Remote Healing, the exchange is $25 per session.

I'm able to accept PayPal, Venmo or Check

Cancellations less than 24 hrs. in advance charged at full rate (true emergencies or illness exempt)
