Healing our hearts, minds AND our bodies. It really is a package deal. If our minds are troubled, scattered or stressed, it creates fight or flight hormones to circulate. If we are sad for long periods where we then don't move our bodies enough, or we are scared and holding ourselves unnaturally, like with a tight neck or shoulders, clenching our jaw etc., thus causing fatigue, stiffness and even possible injury, they are linked. We are best served by using a variety of healing modalities to bring ourselves back into balance. Our Whole self. Mind body and spirit.
